SWISS STEAK

2-2½ lbs round steak

1 can Campbell’s Golden Mushroom Soup

1 can Hunts Special Ready Tomato Sauce - Italian Style

Preheat oven 350°F or set crockpot on high

Brown meat on both sides

Mix soup and tomato sauce

Add a little water to thin down the sauce (½ cup)

Add meat (make sure sauce covers meat)

Bake at least 3½ hours or until meat is tender (longer in crockpot)
